Local winemaker Terah Bajjalieh returns to minimo, for a special evening of wine, food, and networking! Terah will pour a flight of new releases, and she’ll also share information about her role as a mentee liaison in the Bâtonnage Mentorship Program. (Women in wine, this is a great opportunity to come learn more about the program! And Bâtonnage mentees, come and meet one another!) We’re also excited to welcome back Chef Eder Ramirez of Provecho, with a menu of his irresistible Oaxaca-inspired bites.
Terah grew up in California, but discovered her love for food & wine through travels abroad. She earned a master’s degree in Enology and Viticulture from Montpellier Supagro in France, is a Certified Sommelier, and has worked harvests in five different countries. She launched Terah Wine Co., in 2020, making small-production natural wines that showcase unique vineyard sites and varieties. Her wines are beautiful and serious. They’re also ideal for Thanksgiving, so you might want to take home a few bottles for the holiday!
