Cinnamon rolls and natty mimosas?!? minimo welcomes Astranda Bakery for a pop-up Saturday, Dec. 2, 10:30 - 1:30. This project by former Tartine baker Eric Chow has evolved from a “pandemic pivot” to a major Bay Area phenomenon. Astranda’s legendary cinnamon rolls with coffee-laced frosting are on the menu, along with other baked goodies. We’re so excited about this collaboration, we’re opening minimo early for it! We’ll make the mimosas (with pét-nat of course) along with other low & non-alcoholic options. And while you’re in the neighborhood, check out the Oakland Vintage Market at 3rd & Clay!
