Oysters & sparkling wine? Yesss! We’re super excited to have Romney Steele of Oakland’s beloved The Cook & Her Farmer at minimo for an oyster pop-up on Sunday, March 2nd, 3-5pm. We’ve put together a fabulous flight of sparkling wines from the Catalonia region of Spain. Also joining us will be Jehan Hakimian from importer Jose Pastor Selections, who will share how these artisan producers are rejecting the ‘Cava’ label and charting new directions for the region’s sparkling wines.

The Cook & Her Farmer is one of our favorite Oakland restaurants. Located in the historic Swan’s Market, it’s a cafe and oyster bar with natural wine, run by Romney Steele and her partner Steven Day.
