This project by former Tartine baker Eric Chow has evolved from a “pandemic pivot” to a major Bay Area phenomenon. Astranda’s legendary cinnamon rolls with coffee-laced frosting are on the menu, along with other baked goodies. We’re so excited about this collaboration, we’re opening minimo early for it!
