MINIMO RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. minimo cannot accept returns of any merchandise, nor provide refunds. The only exception is for corked bottles. If you believe you received a corked bottle in a sale transacted in the shop, please bring it back—as full as possible, and securely closed. At minimo's discretion, we will exchange your bottle for a new one if the product is still in stock, or we will refund your purchase if the product is no longer in stock.
For bottles shipped via third-party carrier, minimo cannot exchange or refund any purchase. Because minimo cannot control storage and handling conditions once the wine leaves the shop, the customer accepts full liability when choosing to have merchandise shipped.
