Oaxacan-inspired bites plus the hottest natural wines from Mexico?!?! Join us for a special food and wine event on Sunday, July 23rd, 1-4pm: we welcome Provecho back to minimo for a pop-up, alongside a selection of wines from Bichi!
If you haven't yet tasted Chef Eder Ramirez's amazing grilled specialties, inspired by the flavors of Oaxaca while utilizing local produce and ingredients, you're in for a treat. We'll offer a flight of wines (also available by the glass and bottle) from Bichi, credited for kick-starting Mexico's natural wine movement.
Flight of 3 wines, $16, featuring:
Listán Uruapan 2020
Dry farmed 100-year-old Misión (Listan Prieto) vines from the mountains of Tecate.
Mistico 2019 (magnum)
A blend of Dolcetto, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Tempranillo, Malbec & Nebbiolo from a vineyard in Valle de Guadalupe near the Pacific Ocean & the Bichi home vineyard in Tecate.
Gordo Guapo 2021
Grenache from 80-year-old vines in the Valle de Guadalupe.
Flight wines available by the glass, bottle, and for purchase.
We’ll also pour a limited amount of Pet Mex (by the glass only), Bichi’s ever-popular sparkling rosé made from a mysterious, unidentified grape variety.
