Join us for a special charcuterie & wine pairing event with Belcampo Meat Co. CEO and Co-Founder Anya Fernald!
Belcampo is a premier organic, closed-loop meat company encompassing ranching, processing, butcher shops and restaurants--headquartered right here in Jack London Square. The event will feature three products from Belcampo’s house-made charcuterie line. Anya will offer background on Belcampo’s charcuterie program and discuss various types of charcuterie and curing methods, while leading a tasting of the following: Lardo (wrapped around grissini), Culatello, and Black Pepper Salami. We’ll serve each meat with a different small-production natural wine, and talk about what makes for great wine pairings with charcuterie.
Each participant will go home with a free Belcampo salami. Wines featured in the tasting will be for sale at 10% off to participants.
