Considering having a private event, private tasting or bringing a large group to minimo? You’ll find information below about different options. 

Persons under 21 are not permitted in the bar/tasting area at any time, including during private events.


Walk-in groups of 8 or more will incur a $100 large-group fee (gratuity not included), and will be accommodated based on availability. Alcohol purchase and gratuity are additional. 


We cannot host private parties or events on Wednesday evenings (4-8pm) and Saturdays due to our regularly scheduled wine tastings; and on the second Sunday of each month due to our wine club pick-up party.


minimo has a beautiful communal table that is the centerpiece of the bar area. The table may be rented by the hour by prior arrangement. Alcohol purchase is additional. You are welcome to bring food, as long as it is pre-prepared; if you do so, please bring your own plates and serving utensils. minimo’s menu of small bites is also available.

  • $150 per hour ($50 deposit required)

  • Minimum of 8 people required. Maximum 14 people. 


minimo offers private wine tastings, consisting of a flight of three wines based on a theme. Led by a dedicated staff person who shares educational information and stories about the wines with your group. 

  • $25 per person ($50 deposit required)

  • Minimum of 8 people required. Maximum 20 people. 


The entire bar area, which includes the communal table, is available for private parties, meetings, and other events. We’ll curate a menu of three different wines to meet your tastes and interests, to be poured by the glass at your party. We can accommodate up to 45 guests. 

Please note: The retail side of the shop remains open during private events in the bar area. Guests are welcome to browse the retail side of the shop, but open alcohol is not permitted in the retail section and parties may not extend into it.

You are welcome to bring your own food or arrange catering. We don’t have a kitchen, so food should be pre-prepared. (Please bring any serving ware, plates, and utensils you’ll need.) We’ll provide—along with the wine and stemware—cocktail napkins, chilled water, and water glasses. We also sell artisan sodas for guests who don’t drink alcohol. 

Private Event Fees

Fees include an hourly space rental fee plus a minimum alcohol purchase:

  • Space Rental Fees: A 2-hour minimum at $175/hr (Friday and Sunday), $150/hr (Tuesday-Thursday)

  • Minimum Alcohol Purchase: $200-$450

    • 15-20 people = $200 alcohol minimum

    • 21-25 people = $250 alcohol minimum

    • 26-30 people = $300 alcohol minimum

    • 31-35 people = $350 alcohol minimum

    • 36-40 people = $400 alcohol minimum

    • 41-45 people = $450 alcohol minimum

  • A $150 deposit is required to finalize your reservation. 

  • A surcharge will be applied for events extending past the shop’s normal closing time.
